Property and Cancellation Policies:
All fees paid are non-refundable but rebookable and transferable. Any changes to the booking shall be made via email or phone at least 5 days prior to arrival, otherwise fees shall be forfeited and considered a no show.

Prices quoted are inclusive of Service Charge and VAT. Gratitude is appreciated.
Room Rates are good for 2 adults and 2 children below 7 years old (except for Deluxe Twin Room, which only includes 2 adults)
Persons older than 7 years are considered adults and shall be charged an extra person fee. The Queen and King rooms have a maximum of 2 additional adults with extra bed and breakfast included.
Rates exclude Airport Transfers:
Php 3,000 for RoundTrip Transfer
Payment and Terms
All reservations require 50% down payment to confirm and balance to be settled upon arrival.

Access
Our access road is currently under development. Current access to the property is via Maremegmeg Beach. Expect a scenic beachside walk (about 10 minutes from the roadside) and stairs to access rooms.
Twin rooms are 1 floor up by stairs, Queen Rooms are two floors up by stairs and the Penthouse King Suite is 3 floors walk up.
Food and Beverage
Mua Tala has 2 Restaurant Outlets – Bugana for All Day Dining and Beach Shack for Snacks and Cocktails. We also hold yoga classes and can book exclusive tours.
Special Events
